What was reviewed
- The product. A traveller from one of seven countries buys a complete trip — flights plus a Ministry-licensed 4-star-or-better hotel — and receives a Saudi tourist eVisa with it.
- The audience. India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Egypt, Jordan and Mexico. Inbound only.
- On the page. Two sellers, a five-step visa guide, five destination cards, nineteen FAQ answers and an AI assistant. Published in eight languages. Marked updated 16 July 2026.
- Walked. The landing page in both languages on both devices; both sellers to their deepest priced screen; the competing “Get Your Visa” route; every destination card; the assistant; page health.
- Not done. No payment, no account created, no booking completed — testing stops at the price screen.

Settle the Makkah and Madinah answer. The page says visitors may go and perform Umrah; both sellers say the visa does not allow it. Six of the seven markets are Muslim-majority. This needs a Ministry ruling, then one wording everywhere. F1
Settle the visa timing.“Instant” appears four times on a page whose own FAQ says up to 48 hours, while the sellers say 24 and 48. F2
Fix the English hand-off to Reserval.English, Spanish and every other language version lands on an Arabic-only site. F4

F1 Must fix The page says you can go to Makkah and Madinah. Both sellers say you cannot. Visit Saudi FAQ, Almosafer terms, Reserval package rules
- Visit Saudi FAQ, question “Can I perform Umrah with this travel package?”: “Once in Saudi, visa holders may travel to any city, including Makkah and Madinah.” The Arabic answer goes further and says the holder may perform Umrah.
- Almosafer says the opposite: “travel to Makkah or Madinah is not permitted under this specific visa program”.
- Reserval says the same as Almosafer: the visa is valid for all regions except Madinah and Makkah, and packages to those two cities are not offered.
- Six of the seven eligible markets are Muslim-majority. This is the question those visitors are most likely to ask, and they get two opposite answers inside one campaign.

F2 Must fix Four different answers to “how fast do I get my visa?” - one of them on the page itself. Visit Saudi hero, About, step 5, FAQ; Reserval; Almosafer
- The campaign page promises an instant visa in four places: the opening paragraph, the FAQ answer on what the service is, the FAQ answer on how it differs from a standard visa, and step 5 of the Visa Application Guide.
- The same page's FAQ then says: “Processing is finalized within a maximum of (48) hours from the time of purchase completion.”
- Reserval tells the visitor 24 hours - both as a headline figure and as “receive your visa via email within 24 hours” on the Visit Saudi page itself.
- Almosafer tells the visitor 48 hours.
- A traveller booking a trip 3 days out cannot tell whether this works for them.

24 ساعة - متوسط وقت الموافقة على التأشيرة
FixPick one promise, apply it everywhere. If 48 hours is the real service level, stop saying “instant”.

F3 Must fix The assistant on the page tells eligible travellers to go to an embassy. Noura assistant, on the campaign page
- Asked “I hold an Indian passport. How long does the package visa take to be issued?”, the assistant answered: “The Package Visa for Indian passport holders typically takes up to twenty-four hours to be issued. You can apply through a Saudi embassy or consulate.”
- The FAQ directly above it says the visa is issued “without the need to visit an embassy or submit a separate application”.
- The whole proposition of this campaign is that there is no embassy step. The assistant sends the visitor to the one place the campaign exists to replace.
FixFeed the assistant this campaign's own content, and correct the embassy answer for the seven markets.

F10 Recommended The destinations promoted are not the destinations sold. Campaign copy and cards vs seller catalogues
- The opening paragraph names Qiddiya City; the cards show Diriyah. Neither is sold as a package by either seller.
- Reserval's actual package destinations are Riyadh, Jeddah, AlUla, Dammam and the Red Sea. Dammam is its most-booked package and is not mentioned anywhere on the campaign page.
- Visitors pick a destination on the campaign page, then cannot buy it.
FixShow the destinations that can actually be booked, and add Dammam.

F4 Must fix English visitors are dropped onto an Arabic-only Reserval site. Reserval “Book Now”, from every language version
- Clicking Book Now for Reserval on the English page lands on the Arabic site. Reproduced 12 times out of 12 from a clean browser set to English, and again on loads routed through India, Egypt and Jordan.
- Typing the English address directly -
/en/packagevisa- also redirects to Arabic. - English is only reachable by finding the small ENGLISH toggle in Reserval's header.
- The campaign is published in 8 languages, including Spanish for Mexico. All of them send the visitor to the same Arabic landing.
- Not one of the seven eligible markets is Arabic-first except Egypt and Jordan.
- Some proxied loads did serve English, so it is not universal - which makes it harder for the visitor, not easier.
FixHave Reserval honour the language of the incoming link, and deep-link per language from the campaign page.

F5 Must fix Reserval sells the Dammam package with a photo of Miami, and Jeddah with a stock beach. Reserval package pages
- The Dammam package - flagged “most booked” - uses the Miami, Florida skyline across Biscayne Bay, both as the page banner and as the photo captioned “Dammam, Saudi Arabia”.
- The Jeddah package uses a generic tropical beach stock photo, not Jeddah.
- The AlUla package photo is genuinely AlUla - so this is two specific pages, not a site-wide placeholder problem.
- These pages carry a Ministry-licensed badge and sell a government visa.
FixReplace both photos with real Dammam and Jeddah imagery.

F7 Recommended Reserval gives two different maximum trip lengths on one page. Reserval package rules
- One box says the package runs 2 to 90 days. Another box on the same page says maximum 88 days.
- The Visit Saudi FAQ and the Ministry both say 88 days, so the 90 is wrong.

F8 Recommended Almosafer prints the same rule twice. Almosafer terms, Travel Package Requirements
- “A single package can include up to 9 adults and 5 minors.” appears as two consecutive bullets; the second adds the minors exemption.
- Reads as a copy-paste slip on a terms block visitors are asked to rely on.
FixMerge the two bullets.

F9 Recommended Every market is quoted in Saudi Riyals only. Both sellers, all seven markets
- Checked from all seven eligible markets. Almosafer's currency selector stays on SAR in every one; Reserval quotes SAR only.
- A traveller in Mexico or Indonesia has to convert SAR 4,000 themselves to judge the cost.
- Almosafer already has a currency selector, so this is a default setting rather than a rebuild.
FixDefault the seller page to the visitor's currency, or show a converted figure beside SAR.

F13 Needs your check Reserval's booking search could not be completed in testing - please try it once by hand. Reserval, Book this package
- The package page shows a real price (SAR 4,000, visa and insurance included) and the form fills correctly: Delhi to Dammam, valid dates, Indian nationality.
- Pressing Search returns Reserval's own security check - “Security verification failed. Please refresh and try again” - on every attempt, including in a normal Chrome window. This is most likely their bot protection reacting to an automated check, so it is not being reported as a site fault.
- What is worth flagging either way: when it fails, the page shows the visitor nothing at all - no message, no spinner, no error. The failure is silent.
- Please run one manual booking search. If it goes through, only the silent-failure point stands.
- Testing stopped after four attempts to avoid hammering a partner's booking system.
FixConfirm by hand. Separately, ask Reserval to show an error message when the search fails.

Arabic vs English1 finding · 1 must fix
F6 Must fix The Arabic page will not tell an Arabic reader whether they are eligible. FAQ, question 2, Arabic
- English: “citizens and passport holders of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Egypt, Jordan, and Mexico are eligible...”
- Arabic, same question: “citizens of certain selected countries” - the list is gone.
- Egypt and Jordan are eligible markets and Arabic-reading. They are told there is a list and not shown it.
- The countries do appear in the Arabic answer to question 1, so this is an omission in one answer rather than a missing translation.

F11 Recommended Two of the five destination buttons open a new tab, the other three do not. Explore Destinations, both languages
- Jeddah and Diriyah “Discover More” open a new tab. Riyadh, AlUla and The Red Sea move in the same tab.
- All five reach the correct destination page, so nothing is broken - it is inconsistent.
- Worth noting: on first testing these two looked dead, because the new tab is easy to miss. A visitor can have the same impression.
FixMake all five behave the same way.

F12 Recommended The two language versions disagree on which page is the default. Page language signals
- The English page tells search engines the default version is English. The Arabic page tells them the default is Arabic.
- It should be one and the same page whichever version is read. Small, but it is the signal search engines use to pick a version for someone whose language is not on the list.
FixPoint the default at one version, normally English, from both pages.

- Eligible nationalities - all seven match the Ministry of Tourism page exactly.
- Both sellers shown are the officially authorised providers named by the Ministry.
- SAR 4,000 first two days, SAR 1,000 per extra day, 4-star minimum, SAR 402.21 fee, 88-day maximum, 48-hour booking window - all match the official rules.
- Almosafer's journey completes: a Delhi to Riyadh search returned real, priced flight results.
- Reserval's departure-airport search works for all seven markets, including Delhi, Karachi, Dhaka, Jakarta, Cairo, Amman and Mexico City.
- All eight declared language versions of the page exist and are properly translated, Spanish included.
- A wrong address returns a real 'Not Found' page; http, no-www and trailing-slash addresses all resolve correctly.
- Page titles are in the right language; each version points to itself as the canonical address.
- The FAQ 'Read More' works - it opens the full set of 19 questions.
- The Saudi Riyal symbol renders correctly on desktop and on iPhone.
- All content images load on both languages and both devices.
- The AlUla package photo on Reserval is genuinely AlUla.

Every finding was re-tested before being written up. Three candidates were dropped in that pass because they turned out to be correct behaviour or a testing artefact: the FAQ “Read More” control, the Arabic FAQ question count, and two destination buttons that looked dead but open in a new tab.
